How to Customize Your RentalOS Website - Appearance, Templates, Terms, and Policies

RentalOS comes with multiple professionally designed templates that you can switch between to match your brand identity. From the admin settings, navigate to the Appearance or Template section. You will see a list of available templates including Modern, Classic, Minimal, Luxury, Sporty, TRNSNT, and more.

Each template has a unique design language. Modern is bold with dark backgrounds and gold accents. Classic is clean and professional. Luxury is premium and elegant. TRNSNT offers an iOS-inspired glassmorphism design. Select the one that best represents your brand and save your choice. The change takes effect immediately on your live website.

Along with template selection, you can customize the primary color, secondary color, and accent color of your website. These colors are used across buttons, headers, links, and other design elements. Enter your brand hex color codes or use the color picker to find the right shade.

For example, you can set your primary color to match your logo or brand theme. The colors you set will automatically apply across the entire website including the landing page, car listing page, booking page, and all other pages.

Your website includes dedicated pages for terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cancellation policy. You can edit these from the admin settings under the Policies or Content section. Simply update the text in the editor and save. The changes will appear immediately on the corresponding pages of your website.

Having clear, well-written policies builds trust with customers and reduces disputes. Make sure your terms cover key areas like booking confirmation, payment terms, cancellation rules, security deposit terms, fuel policy, mileage limits, late return charges, and driver eligibility requirements including Aadhaar and driving licence verification.

You can also update your business name, contact number, email, address, and other details from the admin settings. These details are displayed in the website header, footer, and contact page. Keeping this information accurate helps customers reach you easily and improves trust.

If you operate from multiple locations, you can manage your locations and pickup points from the settings as well. Customers will see available locations when searching for cars on your website.
