Booking Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup - Full refund

• Cancellation within 24 hours - 50% cancellation fee

• No-show - No refund

Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit is refundable and will be processed within 24 hours of vehicle return, after inspection. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
