We understand plans can change. The following policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings with driveway.
• 24 hours or more before pickup: Free cancellation — full refund of the booking amount.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: A 50% cancellation fee applies on the booking amount.
• No-show: If the vehicle is not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
The security deposit is fully refundable and is processed back to the original payment method within 24 hours of vehicle return, subject to inspection. Deductions, if any, for damage beyond normal wear and tear, traffic violations, or fuel shortages will be communicated with photo evidence.
1. Sign in to your account and open My Dashboard.
2. Find the booking under Booking History and choose Cancel Booking.
3. Confirm the cancellation. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email.
If you are unable to cancel through the dashboard, reach out to us using the contact details below.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
In case of natural disasters, government-mandated curfews, or other events beyond our control, we will reschedule your booking at no extra cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.
