1. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit ranging from Rs 5000 to Rs 10000 is required at pickup, depending on the vehicle category. It is refunded within 24 hours after a clean, on-time return.
2. Booking and Cancellation
The booking amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Rescheduling or swapping a booking is free if informed at least 24 hours before the start of the rental.
3. Driving Rules
Speed above 110 kmph attracts a fine of INR 500 per violation. Driving on beaches or off-road surfaces is prohibited and attracts Rs 8000 compensation in addition to any damages.
4. Usage Charges
Fastag, parking, tolls, interstate permits, towing due to negligence, and traffic violations are payable by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in advance at the time of booking. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
6. Eligibility
The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driving license for at least one year. Additional age restrictions may apply for certain vehicle categories.
7. Damage Policy
The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is exempt.
8. Rental Agreement
By booking a vehicle through tenanat1, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is valid for the duration specified in the booking.
